The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We give confined characteristic guarantee on the entire machinery, along with each subsystem lest stated otherwise. The characteristic guarantee covers shortages as a result of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship Common wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine is not our responsibility. Aforesaid is for this reason not covered by our warranty. Of course, deterioration that are not covered under guarantee can often be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are readily available on appeal.The machine(s) you are going to buy compels a regular service. Common wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost, analyzing and positioning as well as common cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, it is compulsory that your machinery is serviced in the equal of double that period elseways your service warranty will be useless and not viable. This is to say, you must get your machine serviced in every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your warranty will not be valid.
Anytime a technician provides a service at your property, it points to to a call-out. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, transport costs to your property and settlement if required, are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up and sent back. You will therefore regularly be able to analyze the machinery's assurance data and servicing history on our database or while disconnected - in any manner and at any instant.
