The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the whole machine, and each subsystem, we only provide limited attribute warranty lest stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship and defective components shortages are covered by the feature guarantee. We would not be held liable for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your machinery. Aforesaid is thus not covered by our guarantee. Naturally, damages that are not covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are gladly vacant.Routine service is needed by the machinery you are going to obtain. Investigation and calibration, basic cleaning , as well as basic depletion restoration at a minimal cost are concealed in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be null and ineffective should you not service your machine in the chosen service or if it is not rectified in the equal of dual that period. Meaning, if we recommend that your machine is serviced once every three months, you must get your machinery serviced within every six month period or your warranty will not be credible.

Unfortunately, no improvements or intense labour work will be done during a sustainment visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be practised at your and our earliest availability.We offer primary and/or full training courses via our warehouse for all machines we sell. When obtaining your machinery, first fundamental entry courses is combined in your investment, however more improved training can be obtained after the primary course has been passed.A particular barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machines. Analyze therefore you will always be able to,in any manner and at any term, check the machines assurance report and service history on our website or while logged off. By using the barcode we value our machines guarantee and servicing. This ensures your maximal benefit on both the servicing and resell of your machines.
