The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We provide limited attribute guarantee on the whole machinery, along with any subsystem lest stated any other way. Weaknesses due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute guarantee. We cannot be held responsible for misuse or everyday wear and tear of your machine. Aforesaid is therefore not covered by our warranty. Regularly deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations are promptly accessible on request.The machinery you are going to purchase compels a regular service. The enclosed service plan encloses general cleaning, investigation and positioning, as well as general ravages of time replacement at a minimal cost. A call-out cost will be charged except for when the call-out is concealed by each and every time of the above plans or confirmed by the the company. 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Coupled with the call-out fee, traveling costs to your premises and accommodation if required, are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back. Our machines assurance and assistance are honoured by us using the barcode. Supreme convenience are secured on both the selling and maintenance of your machinery's.
