This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We supply bounded feature warranty on the entire machinery, and each subsystem except stated elseways. Errors due to defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. We aren't responsible for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Our warranty will thus not cover aforesaid.
