The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We provide limited trait warranty on each subsystem unless stated differently, including on the whole machinery. Poor craftsmanship and unfit material shortages are covered by the trait warranty. We would not be held responsible for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your component. Aforestated is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Damages can generally be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations are readily available on appeal.The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be needing a routine service. Standard wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost, analyzing and arrangement as well as basic cleaning are included within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be useless and ineffective if you do not service your machine within the chosen service or if it is not serviced within the equal of twice that period. This is to say, if we choose that your machine is rectified once every three months, you must get your machinery rectified in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be legit.
Every time a specialist supplies a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. Unless confirmed by management or enclosed by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be requested. 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Travel costs to your establishment including settlement if crucial, are on your account, in addition to the call-out fee. We choose that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back.
