The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We offer limited trait warranty on the entire machinery, along with each subsystem if not stated any other way. Weaknesses as a result of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. General wear and tear or misuse of your machine is not our constraint. Our guarantee will for this reason not cover aforestated. Definitely, damages that aren't covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are gladly accessible on inquiry.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be forcing a routine service. Everyday wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost, reviewing and calibration as well as everyday cleaning are covered in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and ineffective if you do not service your machinery in the preferred service or if it is not improved in the equivalent of dual that period. This is to say, if we choose that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months, you must get your machine fixed in every six month period or your warranty will not be credible.
A Call-out points to to each time a technician offers a service at your premises. Except when accepted by management or included by each of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be requested. At the point of this quotation, one specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, transport costs to your property and accommodation if necessary, are on your account. We prefer that you organize that the technician gets picked up and sent back.
