The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We provide bounded quality warranty on any subsystem lest stated any other way, including on the whole machine. The trait guarantee covers shortages due to faulty components or poor craftsmanship We are not responsible for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment. Aforesaid is thus not covered by our guarantee. Definitely, deterioration that aren't covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are readily available on request.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be needing a regular service. The included service plan consists of general cleaning, analyzing and positioning, as well as everyday depletion replacement at a minimal cost. Your service guarantee will be worthless and ineffective if you do not service your machinery in the chosen service or if it is not improved within the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, you have to get your machine serviced in every six month period, if we choose that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your warranty will not be credible.
A Call-out refers to each time a technician provides a service at your place. Unless the call-out is enclosed by any of the above mentioned plans or approved by the managers, a call-out fee will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Transport costs to your establishment as well as settlement if required, are on your account, in addition to the call-out fee. We suggest that you arrange that the technician gets picked up and sent back. If you would prefer for us to come to you, the ongoing percentage is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our branch and your establishment.Those charges may change extent by time without notice, so attentively analyze about call out including transport costs in advance.Whether you would like to know whether the machine is fitted to operate optimally, or you just would like our technician to take a look at your appliance for your satisfaction, our servicing plan is here for you. There is no fees for the technician we supply. Our experts will be able to provide you with information on if an alternative or additional servicing or service parts replacement is needed or whether everything is in order. Reservations must be made for repairs or excessive labour work to be practised at your/our earliest convenience as no adjustments or any such labour actions will be done during maintenance visits.We provide fundamental and/or overall training courses via our training centre for all machinery we sell. First principal entry courses is enclosed in your machine purchase, but more improved training can be purchased after the primary course has been achieved.A unique barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machinery. Thus your machinery's guarantee report and maintenance history will constantly be able to be checked in any form and at any moment on our database or offline. Our machines assurance and assistance are honoured by us using the barcode. This secures your ultimate convenience on both the reselling and maintenance of your machines.
