The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We provide limited trait warranty on the entire machine, along with any subsystem lest stated elseways. Shortages by reason of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic warranty. We shall not be held responsible for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your component. If you do not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, it is necessary that your machinery is improved within the equivalent of double that period elseways your service warranty will be worthless and not viable. This is to say, if we suggested that your machine is fixed once every three months, you have to get your machinery fixed in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be legit.
A Call-out refers to each and every time time a technician provides a service at your establishment. A call-out fee will be requested unless the call-out is included by each of the above plans or confirmed by the management. 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for weekends including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Along with the call-out fee, travel costs to your property including settlement if crucial, are on your account. We choose that you arrange that the technician gets picked up as well as sent back.
