The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We supply restricted quality guarantee on the entire machine, as well as any subsystem unless stated differently. Poor craftsmanship including faulty components defects are covered by the attribute guarantee. We cannot be held responsible for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your equipment. Our warranty will for this reason not cover aforestated. Damages can often be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations are promptly available on inquiry.Regular service is due by the machinery you are going to buy. The enclosed service plan consists of everyday cleaning, reviewing and positioning, as well as standard decrement replacement at a minimal cost. Your service guarantee will be worthless and void if you do not service your machinery in the recommended service or if it is not fixed within the equal of dual that period. Meaning, you should get your machinery rectified within every six month period, if we preferred that your machinery is improved once every three months or your warranty will not be valid.
When a service is provided at your premises by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Unless the call-out is included by any of the above mentioned plans or approved by the management, a call-out cost will be required. At the instant of this quotation, one specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Settlement including travel costs to your establishment, along with the call-out fee, are on your account if required.
