The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We give constrained feature warranty on each subsystem unless stated differently, including on the entire machine. Defects as a result of unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. Frequent wear and tear or misuse of your product is not our responsibility. Therefore aforestated will not be covered by our warranty. Generally damages can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations are readily available on request.Regular service is due by the machine(s) you are going to buy. Standard ravages of time restoration at a minimal cost, checking and positioning as well as basic cleaning are included within the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) in the chosen service period, it is vital that your machinery is serviced within the equivalent of double that period otherwise your service warranty will be null and void. Meaning, if we suggested that your machine is fixed once every three months, you must get your machinery fixed in every six month period or your warranty will not be legit.
Anytime a specialist offers a service at your establishment, it points to to a call-out. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above named plans or per-approved by the the company, a call-out fee will be required. At the extent of this quotation, 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Coupled with the call-out fee, traveling costs to your place as well as settlement if necessary, are on your account. We prefer that you organize that the technician gets picked up including sent back.
