The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We provide constrained trait warranty on any subsystem if not stated differently, including on the whole machinery. Poor craftsmanship including unreliable equipment shortages are covered by the quality warranty. We cannot be held responsible for misuse or general wear and tear of your equipment. Accordingly aforesaid cannot be covered by our guarantee. Of course, deterioration that are not covered under warranty can generally be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are immediately vacant on inquiry.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be needing a regular service. Common decrement replacement at a minimum cost, reviewing and positioning as well as standard cleaning are concealed in the service plan. Should you not service your machinery in the preferred service period, it is required that your machine(s) is rectified in the equivalent of dual that period elseways your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless. At the time of this quotation, 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Transport costs to your premises including settlement if essential, are on your account, in addition to the call-out charge.
