The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the whole machine, along with each subsystem, we only offer bounded characteristic warranty if not stated any other way. Errors as a result of unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute guarantee. Common wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment is not our constraint. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforestated. Of course, damages that aren't covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Upon appeal, quotations are promptly vacant.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be requiring a regular service. The enclosed service plan includes standard cleaning, investigation and arrangement, as well as basic depletion replacement at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be worthless and meaningless if you do not service your machinery in the recommended service or if it is not serviced in the equivalent of double that period. This is to say, you have to get your machine fixed in every six month period, if we choose that your machinery is rectified once every three months or your guarantee will not be credible.
Anytime a specialist offers a service at your premises, it refers to a call-out. Except when the call-out is concealed by each of the above mentioned plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. At the extent of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for working days.Transport costs to your premises including accommodation if necessary, are on your account, accompanying the call-out fee. The plans for the specialist to get picked up and sent back are chosen to be carried out by you.
