Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We offer confined quality guarantee on the whole machinery, including each subsystem unless stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship including faulty components weaknesses are covered by the attribute guarantee. We are not liable for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Aforementioned is for this reason not covered by our guarantee. Usually damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations will be immediately accessible upon request.Routine service is needed by the machinery you are going to obtain. Checking and positioning, basic cleaning , as well as everyday wear and tear reinstatement at a minimum cost are covered in the service plan.
