This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.

For the whole machinery, including each subsystem, we only offer restricted quality warranty lest stated otherwise. Shortages by reason of defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We are not responsible for everyday wear and tear or misuse of your machine. The machinery which you are going to buy, will be requiring a regular service.
