The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We offer confined quality warranty on any subsystem lest stated otherwise, including on the whole machine. The quality guarantee covers errors as a result of unfit components or poor craftsmanship We will not be held responsible for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your machine. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforementioned. Deterioration can often be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Quotations will be readily available upon appeal.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be forcing a regular service. Reviewing and arrangement, common cleaning , as well as basic ravages of time reinstatement at a minimal cost are concealed in the service plan. It is necessary that your machine(s) is fixed within the equivalent of twice that period, if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service period, or else your service warranty will be null and ineffective. This is to say, you must get your machinery fixed within every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machine is fixed once every three months or your warranty will not be credible.
Anytime a service is supplied at your property by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be charged except when the call-out is covered by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or confirmed by the managers. At the time of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for workdays.Settlement and touring costs to your establishment, coupled with the call-out charge, are on your account if essential. The specialists required adjustments to be carried out to get picked up including sent back, are recommend to be carried out by you.
