The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the whole machine, and any subsystem, we only provide limited characteristic guarantee except stated differently. Errors due to unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. We aren't accountable for general wear and tear or misuse of your component. Therefore aforesaid cannot be covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can often be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Upon demand, quotations are immediately available.Routine service is due by the machinery you are going to buy. The enclosed service plan includes basic cleaning, analyzing and adjustment, as well as general ravages of time replacement at a minimal cost. Should you not service your machine(s) in the suggested service period, it is required that your machinery is serviced in the equivalent of twice that period elseways your service warranty will be useless and ineffective. A Call-out refers to each point a technician supplies a service at your establishment. At the extent of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Along with the call-out charge, touring costs to your establishment as well as settlement if crucial, are on your account. When obtaining your machinery, first fundamental entry courses is included in your purchase, but more improved training can be bought after the fundamental course has been passed.All our mainline of machines are sold with a individual barcode. You will thus regularly be able to analyze the machinery's guarantee information and servicing history on our database or offline - in any form and at any time. By using the barcode we value our machinery's warranty and servicing. This insures your ultimate convenience on both the servicing and resell of your machines.
Seeing that the quotation above pertains to our brand new model, the focus points, specs and accessories are applicable thereto. Generously enquire from our sales clerk as to the age model quoted. Based on insignificant execution or lower composition, you will be designated to receive a 5% exemption on former models, in which case we do not have the brand new model available.
