The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.

We provide constrained feature warranty on any subsystem unless stated differently, along with on the whole machinery. Weaknesses as a result of unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. We are not liable for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Aforementioned is for this reason not covered by our warranty. Of course, deterioration that are not covered under warranty can generally be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are gladly available on demand.
Regular service is required by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. Common ravages of time replacement at a minimal cost, checking and arrangement as well as standard cleaning are concealed in the service plan. If you do not service your machinery within the chosen service period, it is required that your machine(s) is rectified within the equivalent of double that period or else your service warranty will be null and not viable. Meaning, if we choose that your machine is rectified once every three months, you should get your machinery fixed in every six month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
Anytime a technician supplies a service at your property, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be requested except when the call-out is included by any of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the managers. 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for weekends including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.In addition to the call-out cost, travel costs to your property and accommodation if essential, are on your account. We choose that you organize that the technician gets picked up and sent back. The prevailing rate is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the driving distance between our workshop including your place, should you choose for us to go to you.Without notice, those charges may differ time by point, accordingly generously analyze about call out and travel costs ahead of time

Our premises offers principal and/or overall training courses for all machines we sell. More improved training can be obtained after the principal course has been accomplished but first basic entry courses is enclosed in your machinery purchase.

Check accordingly you will evermore be able to,in any manner and at any term, check the machinery's guarantee info and servicing history on our database or while disconnected. Our machines guarantee and maintenance are valued by us using the barcode. This ensures your supreme benefit on both the reselling and assistance of your machinery's.
