The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the whole machinery, including any subsystem, we only provide restricted attribute warranty unless stated any other way. Weaknesses as a result of unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. We would not be held liable for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your product. Aforementioned is accordingly not covered by our guarantee. Usually damages can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Upon demand, quotations are promptly available.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be needing a routine service. Analyzing and positioning, standard cleaning , as well as common wear and tear reinstatement at a minimum cost are covered in the service plan. It is required that your machine(s) is rectified in the equivalent of dual that period, if you do not service your machinery within the recommended service period, elseways your service guarantee will be invalid and not viable. At the time of this quotation, one specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out cost, travel costs to your establishment as well as accommodation if essential, are on your account.
