The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your service guarantee will be null and not viable if you do not service your machine in the chosen service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning that in which case we recommend that your machine is fixed once every three months, it is compulsory that you get your machine serviced within every six month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
When a service is offered at your property by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Except when per-approved by managers or enclosed by each and every time of the above named plans, a call-out cost will be requested. At the point of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Accommodation including traveling costs to your premises, accompanying the call-out charge, are on your account if necessary.
