The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the entire machine, as well as each subsystem, we only offer constrained characteristic guarantee except stated otherwise. Shortages by cause of unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. We would not be held accountable for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your machinery. Everyday wear and tear reinstatement at a minimum cost, checking and adjustment as well as basic cleaning are included within the service plan. It is required that your machine(s) is fixed within the equivalent of double that period, if you do not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, otherwise your service guarantee will be null and void. Meaning, you have to get your machinery rectified in every six month period, if we choose that your machinery is improved once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be legit.
Anytime a service is supplied at your establishment by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Unless approved by the company or concealed by each and every time of the above named plans, a call-out cost will be requested. At the instant of this quotation, one specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Along with the call-out fee, traveling costs to your place and settlement if required, are on your account. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are recommend to be carried out by you.
