The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We supply restricted characteristic guarantee on each subsystem except stated otherwise, and on the entire machine. Defects by reason of unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. We are not responsible for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment. Aforestated is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can often be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Quotations are readily available on request.Routine service is due by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. Standard decrement reinstatement at a minimal cost, reviewing and positioning as well as everyday cleaning are concealed in the service plan. Should you not service your machinery in the recommended service period, it is necessary that your machine(s) is serviced within the equivalent of dual that period otherwise your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless. Meaning that in which case we preferred that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months, it is crucial that you get your machinery improved within every six month period or your warranty will not be legit.
Whenever a service is provided at your establishment by a technician, it points to to a call-out. A call-out cost will be required unless the call-out is covered by any of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the managers. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Accommodation including travel costs to your property, accompanying the call-out cost, are on your account if necessary. We suggest that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up and sent back.
