The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide limited quality warranty on the entire machinery, and any subsystem unless stated otherwise. The characteristic guarantee covers weaknesses by reason of unfit components or poor craftsmanship We are not accountable for everyday wear and tear or misuse of your equipment. Thus aforestated would not be covered by our guarantee. Damages can usually be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Upon request, quotations are readily available.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be requiring a routine service. Everyday decrement replacement at a minimum cost, analyzing and adjustment as well as common cleaning are concealed in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and void should you not service your machinery in the recommended service or if it is not fixed in the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, if we recommend that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months, you should get your machine fixed in every six month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
A Call-out refers to each and every time point a technician provides a service at your property. Unless the call-out is included by any of the above mentioned plans or confirmed by the managers, a call-out cost will be requested. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Along with the call-out charge, touring costs to your property including settlement if required, are on your account. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be made by you. R 9.95/kilometer is the existing rate increased by the driving distance between your property including our place, should you prefer for us to travel to you.Those costs may differ time by point without notice, so kindly inquire about call out as well as traveling costs in advance.Whether you would prefer to know whether the machine is set to operate optically, or you simply would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility, our assistance plan is perfect for you.
