The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, including any subsystem, we only supply restricted quality guarantee unless stated differently. Defects by cause of unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. We are not at fault for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your component. Aforestated is thus not covered by our guarantee. Generally deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations are readily vacant on appeal.The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be forcing a routine service. General decrement restoration at a minimum cost, reviewing and arrangement as well as standard cleaning are covered within the service plan. It is crucial that your machine(s) is serviced in the equivalent of twice that period, if you do not service your machinery within the chosen service period, otherwise your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless. This is to say, if we recommend that your machine is rectified once every 3 months, you have to get your machinery fixed in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
A Call-out points to to any time a specialist offers a service at your premises. Except when the call-out is concealed by each of the above named plans or accepted by the the company, a call-out cost will be required. At the instant of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Accompanying the call-out cost, traveling costs to your place as well as accommodation if necessary, are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up including sent back.
