Meaning, if we choose that your machine is fixed once every three months, you must get your machinery fixed within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
Anytime a service is supplied at your property by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Except when the call-out is enclosed by each of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the managers, a call-out cost will be charged. One technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Coupled with the call-out cost, touring costs to your place as well as settlement if required, are on your account. We suggest that you arrange that the technician gets picked up as well as sent back.
