Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide restricted attribute guarantee on each subsystem except stated differently, including on the entire machinery. Shortages due to defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. Everyday wear and tear or misuse of your equipment is not our liability. Aforestated is for this reason not covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can often be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Upon demand, quotations are promptly accessible.The machinery you are going to purchase compels a regular service. Basic wear and tear reinstatement at a minimum cost, reviewing and positioning as well as general cleaning are covered within the service plan. It is crucial that your machinery is improved within the equivalent of twice that period, if you do not service your machine(s) in the recommended service period, otherwise your service guarantee will be null and not viable. During maintenance visits no repairs or hard labour function will be practised and reservations can be made for this to be completed at your and our earliest convenience.Our premises offers basic and/or overall training courses for all machines we sell. First principal entry courses is combined in your machinery purchase, however more advanced training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been finished.All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. You will thus regularly be able to check the machinery's assurance info and servicing history on our database or while disconnected - in any way and at any instant. We value our machines assurance and assistance by using the barcode. Maximum comfort are protected on both the selling and maintenance of your machinery's.
