The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, and each subsystem, we only supply limited quality warranty unless stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship including unreliable equipment shortages are covered by the characteristic warranty. We aren't accountable for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your product. Aforestated is accordingly not covered by our guarantee. Regularly damages can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations are readily vacant on request.The machinery you are going to obtain compels a regular service. Everyday wear and tear restoration at a minimum cost, investigation and calibration as well as general cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and meaningless if you do not service your machinery within the preferred service or if it is not improved in the equivalent of double that period. Meaning that within which case we suggested that your machinery is serviced once every three months, it is required that you get your machine rectified within every six month period or your guarantee will not be legit.
A Call-out refers to each instant a specialist offers a service at your establishment. Except for when the call-out is enclosed by any of the above plans or approved by the managers, a call-out fee will be required. At the point of this quotation, 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out fee, touring costs to your property as well as accommodation if required, are on your account. We suggest that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up including sent back.
