The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply limited feature warranty on the whole machinery, including any subsystem lest stated otherwise. Defects as a result of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. General wear and tear or misuse of your machinery is not our constraint. Aforesaid is thus not covered by our guarantee. Damages can generally be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Quotations will be immediately vacant upon request.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be forcing a regular service. General decrement replacement at a minimum cost, reviewing and positioning as well as basic cleaning are included in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be null and meaningless if you do not service your machinery in the chosen service or if it is not improved in the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, if we choose that your machinery is improved once every three months, you must get your machine rectified in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be legit.
Anytime a service is supplied at your place by a technician, it points to to a call-out. A call-out fee will be required unless the call-out is concealed by each and every time of the above plans or confirmed by the management. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for workdays.Accommodation and travel costs to your place, coupled with the call-out cost, are on your account if crucial. Our machinery's guarantee and servicing are honoured by us using the barcode. This ensures your maximal comfort on both the reselling and maintenance of your machines.
