The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, as well as any subsystem, we only offer bounded characteristic warranty unless stated any other way. The feature warranty covers errors due to unreliable components or poor craftsmanship General wear and tear or mis-usage of your product is not our liability. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforesaid. Regularly deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under warranty. Quotations are readily available on request.Regular service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. Everyday decrement reinstatement at a minimal cost, analyzing and positioning as well as general cleaning are concealed within the service plan. Your service warranty will be null and meaningless should you not service your machine in the preferred service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of dual that period. This is to say, if we recommend that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months, you have to get your machine serviced in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
Anytime a specialist supplies a service at your premises, it refers to a call-out. Except when per-approved by the company or concealed by any of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be requested. At the point of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Settlement as well as travel costs to your property, along with the call-out charge, are on your account if essential. We prefer that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. First basic entry courses is included in your machinery purchase, but more improved training can be bought after the basic course has been accomplished.A unique barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machinery. Review therefore you will constantly be able to,in any style and at any instant, analyze the machinery's assurance report and servicing history on our database or while logged off. Our machinery's assurance and assistance are honoured by us using the barcode. This ensures your ultimate comfort on both the service and resell of your machinery's.
The quotation above relates to our recent model, including as such the features, details as well as extras are applicative thereto.
