The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer limited attribute warranty on the whole machine, as well as any subsystem lest stated otherwise. Weaknesses by cause of faulty components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We will not be held accountable for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your component. Checking and positioning, everyday cleaning , as well as basic decrement reinstatement at a minimal cost are enclosed within the service plan. Your service warranty will be useless and void should you not service your machinery within the chosen service or if it is not fixed in the equivalent of double that period. Meaning, you must get your machine improved in every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machine is improved once every 3 months or your warranty will not be efficient.
When a service is provided at your property by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. Except when accepted by management or concealed by each of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be required. One specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation. costs to your establishment and accommodation if necessary, are on your account, accompanying the call-out fee. The adjustments for the technician to get picked up and sent back are preferred to be carried out by you. Review accordingly you will regularly be able to,in any form and at any instant, analyze the machinery's assurance information and servicing history on our website or offline. We value our machinery's guarantee and assistance by using the barcode. This insures your maximal advantage on both the selling and servicing of your machinery's.
