Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply restricted trait guarantee on any subsystem except stated elseways, along with on the entire machine. Reviewing and arrangement, everyday cleaning , as well as common depletion restoration at a minimal cost are included in the service plan. It is compulsory that your machinery is improved in the equivalent of double that period, if you do not service your machinery within the chosen service period, otherwise your service warranty will be worthless and not viable. Meaning, you should get your machinery serviced within every 6 month period, if we recommend that your machinery is serviced once every three months or your warranty will not be efficient.
Whenever a service is supplied at your place by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is concealed by any of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the management, a call-out cost will be required. 1 specialist for one day is R 695.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays and R 1 495.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the instant of this quotation.Touring costs to your property and settlement if required, are on your account, coupled with the call-out cost. We recommend that you organize that the technician gets picked up and sent back.
