Quality Warranty: We supply confined quality guarantee on the entire machine, including any subsystem unless stated otherwise. Errors by reason of unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. Common wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment is not our constraint. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforestated. Generally damages can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under warranty. Upon demand, quotations are promptly accessible.

Service Plan: The machinery you are going to obtain needs a regular service. Basic decrement replacement at a minimal cost, investigation and adjustment as well as standard cleaning are included in the service plan. It is compulsory that your machine(s) is fixed in the equivalent of dual that period, if you do not service your machine(s) within the preferred service period, or else your service warranty will be worthless and ineffective. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: A Call-out refers to each point a specialist offers a service at your establishment. Except for when the call-out is covered by each of the above mentioned plans or approved by the management, a call-out cost will be requested. One technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Accommodation and touring costs to your place, coupled with the call-out charge, are on your account if crucial. There is no fees for the experts we supply. Our specialist will be able to supply you with guidance on whether an alternative or other servicing or spare parts replacement is needed or if everything is normal.
