Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. We offer confined characteristic warranty on the whole machine, and each subsystem unless stated otherwise. The concealed service plan includes standard cleaning, investigation and positioning, as well as standard wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost. Your service guarantee will be invalid and void if you do not service your machine within the preferred service or if it is not fixed within the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, if we preferred that your machine is serviced once every 3 months, you have to get your machine improved within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be valid.
