The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply confined feature guarantee on the entire machine, and any subsystem unless stated otherwise. The quality guarantee covers errors as a result of unreliable components or poor craftsmanship We will not be held at fault for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your equipment. Our guarantee will for this reason not cover aforesaid. Deterioration can regularly be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Upon demand, quotations are readily vacant.The machinery you are going to buy needs a regular service. Common wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost, checking and arrangement as well as general cleaning are concealed in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be null and void should you not service your machinery within the preferred service or if it is not fixed in the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, if we choose that your machinery is improved once every 3 months, you have to get your machinery rectified within every six month period or your warranty will not be credible.

At the extent of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Travel costs to your place and accommodation if required, are on your account, coupled with the call-out fee. The preparations for the technician to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be done by you. R 9.95/km is the ongoing rate increased by the traveling distance between your place including our office, should you desire for us to go to you.Kindly inquire about call out including travel costs in advance as those fees may change instant by instant without notice.Our service plan is perfect for you if you just would like our specialist to take a look at your appliance for peace of mind, or if you would like to find out if the appliance is fitted to function optimally. There is no cost for the technician we supply. Our technician will be able to supply you with advice on if an alternative or additional maintenance or spares restoration is needed or whether everything is normal. Regrettably, no adjustments or hard labour operate will be done during a sustainment visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be practised at your and our quickest convenience.Basic and/or comprehensive training courses are held through our warehouse for all machinery we sell.
