The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer restricted feature guarantee on the whole machinery, along with any subsystem except stated otherwise. Weaknesses by reason of unfit equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We aren't at fault for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your component. Aforesaid is therefore not covered by our warranty. Of course, damages that are not covered under warranty can often be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are immediately available on demand.Routine service is required by the machine(s) you are going to buy. The concealed service plan consists of general cleaning, reviewing and adjustment, as well as standard decrement restoration at a minimal cost. It is necessary that your machine(s) is improved in the equal of dual that period, if you do not service your machinery in the preferred service period, or else your service warranty will be worthless and ineffective. Whenever a service is provided at your establishment by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be requested unless the call-out is covered by each of the above plans or arranged by the the company. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Accommodation including travel costs to your premises, coupled with the call-out charge, are on your account if essential. We suggest that you arrange that the technician gets picked up and sent back. If you would like for us to travel to you, the ongoing percentage is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our place as well as your premises.Those fees may change time by point without notice, so beneficially inquire about call out and transport costs ahead of time.If you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your machinery for peace of mind or would like to find out if the machine is adjusted to work optically, our maintenance plan is suited for you. No fees will be assigned for the specialist we supply. When obtaining your machinery, first basic entry courses is included in your purchase, although more improved training can be purchased after the principal course has been completed.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a unique barcode. Therefore your machines assurance data and service history will regularly be able to be analyzed in any way and at any term on our database or while disconnected. By using the barcode we value our machines warranty and servicing. This ensures your maximum advantage on both the maintenance and resell of your machines.
The above quotation relates to our advanced model, therefore the highlights, specifications and additions are applicable thereto. Our sales representatives can be called relating to any inquiries of the age model quoted. You will be entitled to collect a 5% discount on older models , based on minor completion or lesser design in which case we don't have the recent model accessible.
