The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide restricted quality warranty on the entire machine, including any subsystem except stated any other way. The quality warranty covers defects by reason of defective components or poor craftsmanship Common wear and tear or misuse of your machine is not our liability. Aforementioned is for this reason not covered by our warranty. Regularly deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under warranty. Quotations are readily available on appeal.The machinery you are going to purchase requires a routine service. The enclosed service plan consists of common cleaning, reviewing and adjustment, as well as standard wear and tear reinstatement at a minimum cost. Your service warranty will be useless and ineffective should you not service your machinery in the chosen service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of double that period. This is to say, if we choose that your machinery is serviced once every three months, you must get your machinery rectified in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be valid.
Every time a service is offered at your premises by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is included by each and every time of the above plans or per-approved by the managers, a call-out cost will be requested. One specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Settlement and travel costs to your property, in addition to the call-out cost, are on your account if necessary. We choose that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back. R 9.95/km is the existing amount multiplied by the traveling distance between your property and our branch, should you choose for us to come to you.Beneficially enquire about call out including traveling costs ahead of time as those costs may vary point by point without notice.Whether you would prefer to know whether the machine is adjusted to work optically, or you just want our specialist to take a look at your appliance for peace of mind, our service plan is here for you. There is no cost for the specialist we supply. You will be advised by our experts whether an alternative or further assistance or spares restoration is needed or if everything is normal. Unfortunately, no improvements or hard labour work will be carried out during a preservation visit, but a reservation should made for this to be practised at your and our quickest availability.Fundamental and/or comprehensive training courses are held via our premises for all machinery we sell. First basic entry courses is included in your machinery investment, nevertheless more improved training can be obtained after the primary course has been finished.A particular barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machinery. You will accordingly always be able to check the machine's assurance information and assistance history on our database or while logged off - in any form and at any time. We honour our machines assurance and service by using the barcode. This ensures your maximum advantage on both the selling and assistance of your machinery's.
Seeing that the reference above involves our advanced model, the focus points, details and accessories are suited thereto. Depending on lower achievement or minor layout, you will be entitled to collect a 5% exemption on former models, in which case we don't have the advanced model vacant.
