The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply restricted characteristic guarantee on any subsystem if not stated otherwise, and on the whole machinery. Defects due to unfit equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. Everyday wear and tear or misuse of your machine is not our responsibility. Aforesaid is thus not covered by our guarantee. Damages can regularly be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations are gladly vacant on demand.The machinery you are going to buy compels a routine service. General wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost, checking and calibration as well as common cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be null and not viable if you do not service your machine within the chosen service or if it is not serviced in the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, you have to get your machinery fixed within every 6 month period, if we recommend that your machine is improved once every 3 months or your warranty will not be valid.
Whenever a service is offered at your place by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. A call-out fee will be charged lest the call-out is concealed by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or confirmed by the management. At the time of this quotation, for one day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for workdays.Along with the call-out fee, transport costs to your place as well as accommodation if essential, are on your account. We prefer that you organize that the specialist gets picked up as well as sent back. You will accordingly evermore be able to review the machinery's assurance info and maintenance history on our site or while logged off - in any manner and at any time. We honour our machines guarantee and maintenance by using the barcode. This secures your maximum advantage on both the selling and service of your machines.
