The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, and any subsystem, we only supply confined attribute guarantee except stated differently. Errors due to unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We are not at fault for common wear and tear or misuse of your equipment. Aforementioned is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can generally be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Upon request, quotations are gladly available.Regular service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. The concealed service plan includes common cleaning, reviewing and calibration, as well as common decrement replacement at a minimal cost. Your service guarantee will be worthless and not viable if you do not service your machinery within the chosen service or if it is not rectified within the equivalent of double that period. Meaning, you must get your machinery serviced in every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machine is improved once every 3 months or your warranty will not be legit.
Anytime a service is provided at your establishment by a technician, it points to to a call-out. A call-out cost will be charged except when the call-out is concealed by any of the above named plans or confirmed by the management. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for weekdays. costs to your establishment as well as settlement if necessary, are on your account, along with the call-out fee. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are suggested to be carried out by you. If you would wish for us to come to you, the existing rate is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the traveling distance between our place including your premises.Attentively analyze about call out including touring costs in advance as those charges may change instant by point without notice.If you only would like our technician to take a look at your machine for peace of mind or want to find out if the machine is adjusted to work optically, our maintenance plan is perfect for you. We will not require any cost for the specialist we provide. Reservations have to be made for adjustments or intense labour function to be completed at your/our earliest convenience as no reconstruction or any such labour actions will be practised during maintenance visits.Basic and/or complete training courses are provided at our warehouse for all machinery we sell. When purchasing your machine, first principal entry courses is enclosed in your investment, but more improved training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been passed.A unique barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machinery. Analyze for this reason you will always be able to,in any manner and at any instant, review the machinery's assurance info and assistance history on our site or while logged off. By using the barcode we value our machines warranty and maintenance. This secures your maximum advantage on both the reselling and assistance of your machines.
