The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

General ravages of time reinstatement at a minimum cost, checking and calibration as well as standard cleaning are included in the service plan. Should you not service your machinery in the suggested service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is fixed in the equivalent of double that period elseways your service warranty will be worthless and void. Meaning, if we choose that your machine is fixed once every three months, you should get your machinery fixed in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be valid.
When a service is offered at your place by a technician, it points to to a call-out. A call-out fee will be requested lest the call-out is included by each and every time of the above plans or approved by the management. At the time of this quotation, 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Coupled with the call-out cost, transport costs to your premises and accommodation if crucial, are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back. Accordingly your machinery's guarantee report and maintenance history will evermore be able to be analyzed in any form and at any instant on our webpage or while disconnected.
