The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, as well as any subsystem, we only offer confined feature guarantee except stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship along with unfit material errors are covered by the characteristic guarantee. General wear and tear or misuse of your machinery is not our responsibility. Everyday depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost, checking and adjustment as well as basic cleaning are included within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and meaningless should you not service your machine in the preferred service or if it is not improved within the equivalent of double that period. Meaning, you should get your machinery rectified in every 6 month period, if we recommend that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months or your warranty will not be valid.
A Call-out refers to any time a specialist supplies a service at your premises. A call-out cost will be requested except for when the call-out is concealed by each and every time of the above named plans or accepted by the managers. One specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Accommodation as well as transport costs to your property, coupled with the call-out fee, are on your account if necessary. We recommend that you organize that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. More improved training can be bought after the basic course has been passed however first basic entry courses is enclosed in your machine purchase.All our mainline of machines are sold with a different barcode. You will for this reason regularly be able to review the machinery's warranty info and assistance history on our database or offline - in any style and at any time. Our machinery's assurance and maintenance are valued by us using the barcode. This secures your supreme convenience on both the assistance and resell of your machinery's.
