The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide limited trait warranty on the whole machine, and each subsystem if not stated differently. Poor craftsmanship along with unfit material weaknesses are covered by the attribute guarantee. We cannot be held at fault for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your equipment. Our guarantee will accordingly not cover aforestated. Regularly damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are promptly vacant on request.Routine service is due by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. Reviewing and adjustment, basic cleaning , as well as everyday ravages of time reinstatement at a minimal cost are enclosed within the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) in the suggested service period, it is compulsory that your machinery is rectified in the equivalent of dual that period otherwise your service warranty will be invalid and not viable. This is to say, you should get your machinery rectified within every six month period, if we choose that your machinery is fixed once every three months or your guarantee will not be efficient.
Whenever a service is provided at your establishment by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Lest the call-out is concealed by each of the above named plans or accepted by the management, a call-out fee will be required. At the extent of this quotation, 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, touring costs to your property as well as accommodation if necessary, are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up as well as sent back.
