The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer restricted trait guarantee on the whole machine, along with each subsystem lest stated otherwise. Shortages by reason of defective materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. We will not be held responsible for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your machinery. Quotations are promptly available on appeal.Routine service is due by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. The enclosed service plan includes standard cleaning, analyzing and positioning, as well as basic decrement reinstatement at a minimum cost. Should you not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, it is compulsory that your machinery is serviced in the equivalent of twice that period or else your service guarantee will be useless and meaningless. This is to say, you should get your machine rectified in every 6 month period, if we recommend that your machine is improved once every three months or your warranty will not be legit.
A Call-out points to to each and every time time a specialist provides a service at your establishment. First principal entry courses is combined in your machine investment, however more advanced training can be bought after the principal course has been finished.With all our mainline of machinery's a different barcode is sold. Analyze accordingly you will evermore be able to,in any form and at any moment, review the machines warranty report and service history on our database or offline. Our machines guarantee and service are honoured by us using the barcode. This ensures your maximal convenience on both the selling and maintenance of your machinery's.
