Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

Upon demand, quotations are promptly available.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be requiring a regular service. The concealed service plan contains standard cleaning, reviewing and positioning, as well as everyday wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost. If you do not service your machine(s) in the suggested service period, it is necessary that your machine(s) is improved in the equivalent of twice that period elseways your service guarantee will be null and meaningless. Meaning, you should get your machine fixed within every 6 month period, if we preferred that your machinery is improved once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be valid.
Anytime a service is supplied at your establishment by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be charged unless the call-out is covered by any of the above mentioned plans or arranged by the management. At the extent of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Settlement and touring costs to your property, along with the call-out fee, are on your account if required. The arrangements for the technician to get picked up as well as sent back are chosen to be made by you. By using the barcode we honour our machinery's warranty and service. Maximal advantage are ensured on both the selling and servicing of your machines.
