Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. We supply restricted attribute warranty on any subsystem lest stated otherwise, including on the whole machinery. A call-out fee will be required unless the call-out is concealed by each of the above mentioned plans or per-approved by the the company. 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Along with the call-out charge, travel costs to your place and settlement if required, are on your account. The preparations for the technician to get picked up as well as sent back are preferred to be made by you. More promoted training can be purchased after the basic course has been completed however first principal entry courses is included in your machinery purchase.All our mainline of machines are sold with a particular barcode. You will therefore regularly be able to review the machinery's assurance information and maintenance history on our webpage or while logged off - in any way and at any term. Our machinery's assurance and assistance are valued by us using the barcode. Maximum advantage are protected on both the reselling and assistance of your machines.
