The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

We give restricted characteristic warranty on each subsystem lest stated otherwise, including on the entire machinery. Defects as a result of defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic warranty. Common wear and tear or misuse of your equipment is not our liability. Routine service is due by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. General depletion reinstatement at a minimum cost, reviewing and positioning as well as common cleaning are included within the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) in the chosen service period, it is compulsory that your machinery is improved within the equivalent of twice that period or else your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless. Meaning, you have to get your machinery serviced within every six month period, if we recommend that your machine is rectified once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be valid.
Whenever a service is provided at your premises by a technician, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be required unless the call-out is covered by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or arranged by the the company. One technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Coupled with the call-out cost, transport costs to your place including accommodation if required, are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up as well as sent back.
