The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

The enclosed service plan contains common cleaning, reviewing and adjustment, as well as basic decrement restoration at a minimal cost. Meaning, if we preferred that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months, you must get your machine fixed in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be credible.

Except for when the call-out is concealed by any of the above named plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be required. 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the instant of this quotation.Along with the call-out cost, traveling costs to your establishment including accommodation if required, are on your account. The plans for the technician to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be carried out by you. R 9.95/km is the current percentage increased by the traveling distance between your establishment and our place, should you choose for us to go to you.Those charges may change instant by time without notice, so attentively seek an answer about call out including travel costs ahead of time.If you would choose to know whether the appliance is set to work optimally, or you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your contentment, our service plan is perfect for you. Our machinery's warranty and service are honoured by us using the barcode. Maximum comfort are secured on both the reselling and servicing of your machinery's.
