The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, including any subsystem, we only offer constrained trait warranty except stated differently. Poor craftsmanship and defective material shortages are covered by the trait warranty. Common wear and tear or mis-usage of your product is not our fault. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforestated. Deterioration can usually be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations are immediately vacant on appeal.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be forcing a routine service. Standard depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost, reviewing and positioning as well as basic cleaning are covered within the service plan. It is compulsory that your machine(s) is serviced in the equivalent of twice that period, if you do not service your machinery in the recommended service period, or else your service guarantee will be null and void. Meaning, you have to get your machinery improved within every 6 month period, if we choose that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be valid.
When a service is supplied at your premises by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Unless approved by the company or covered by each of the above plans, a call-out fee will be requested. At the time of this quotation, 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accommodation as well as touring costs to your establishment, along with the call-out fee, are on your account if essential. We suggest that you organize that the technician gets picked up including sent back.
