The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, along with each subsystem, we only provide restricted trait warranty lest stated otherwise. Errors by reason of defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We will not be held at fault for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your product. Aforestated is thus not covered by our warranty. Of course, deterioration that aren't covered under warranty can often be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations will be gladly available upon demand.The machinery you are going to obtain requires a regular service. Analyzing and positioning, basic cleaning , as well as basic decrement reinstatement at a minimal cost are included in the service plan. It is crucial that your machine(s) is fixed within the equivalent of dual that period, if you do not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, otherwise your service warranty will be useless and void. A Call-out refers to each time a specialist supplies a service at your premises. Except when the call-out is enclosed by each of the above named plans or confirmed by the management, a call-out fee will be requested. At the time of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Touring costs to your place including settlement if necessary, are on your account, in addition to the call-out cost. The specialists crucial adjustments to be done to get picked up and sent back, are preferred to be carried out by you. You will accordingly regularly be able to analyze the machinery's assurance data and servicing history on our webpage or offline - in any manner and at any term. By using the barcode we honour our machines warranty and service. This ensures your maximal convenience on both the service and resell of your machinery's.
Seeing that the quotation above pertains to our advanced model, the climax, specs and attachments are applicable thereto.
