Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Common wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost, checking and adjustment as well as everyday cleaning are concealed in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be null and void should you not service your machine in the suggested service or if it is not serviced in the equivalent of double that period. This is to say, you have to get your machine serviced within every 6 month period, if we choose that your machine is fixed once every 3 months or your warranty will not be efficient.
A Call-out refers to each and every time time a technician provides a service at your establishment. Except for when the call-out is covered by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be requested. 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Transport costs to your property including accommodation if required, are on your account, along with the call-out fee. We recommend that you arrange that the technician gets picked up and sent back. More advanced training can be bought after the fundamental course has been accomplished although first principal entry courses is comprehended in your machine purchase.All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode.
