The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer restricted trait warranty on the whole machine, along with any subsystem if not stated elseways. Shortages by reason of unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. We shall not be held liable for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your machinery. Aforesaid is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Damages can often be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations are immediately available on request.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be requiring a regular service. The covered service plan encloses everyday cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as standard decrement restoration at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be useless and meaningless if you do not service your machine in the chosen service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, if we suggested that your machine is improved once every 3 months, you must get your machinery serviced in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be legit.
Anytime a specialist provides a service at your premises, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be charged lest the call-out is enclosed by each and every time of the above plans or confirmed by the management. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for workdays.Accommodation including transport costs to your place, accompanying the call-out cost, are on your account if required. We choose that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. The ongoing rate is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the traveling distance between our warehouse including your establishment, should you choose for us to go to you.Those charges may change instant by instant without notice, so kindly seek an answer about call out and transport costs in advance.If you only want our technician to take a look at your machinery for peace of mind or would like to find out if the machine is fitted to function optically, our maintenance plan is perfect for you. No fees will be assigned for the technician we provide. Our technician will be able to provide you with information on if an different or further service or spare reinstatement is needed or if everything is in order. Regretfully, no reconstruction or intense labour work will be carried out during a preservation visit, but a booking should made for this to be completed at your and our earliest convenience.Our premises offers basic and/or extensive training courses for all machines we sell. When obtaining your machine, first principal entry courses is enclosed in your purchase, although more improved training can be bought after the primary course has been completed.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a unique barcode. You will for this reason evermore be able to review the machine's warranty info and service history on our webpage or while disconnected - in any style and at any time. We value our machines warranty and service by using the barcode. This secures your maximum convenience on both the maintenance and resell of your machines.
