The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide limited feature warranty on the entire machine, including any subsystem if not stated any other way. Shortages by reason of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We are not responsible for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforestated. Generally deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under warranty. Upon inquiry, quotations are immediately vacant.Regular service is due by the machinery you are going to obtain. The enclosed service plan encloses common cleaning, checking and positioning, as well as common wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost. If you do not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is improved within the equivalent of dual that period otherwise your service guarantee will be null and not viable. A Call-out refers to each and every time point a technician offers a service at your place. Unless the call-out is covered by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or confirmed by the managers, a call-out fee will be charged. 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Accommodation and touring costs to your property, coupled with the call-out charge, are on your account if necessary. The adjustments for the technician to get picked up as well as sent back are preferred to be carried out by you.
